Do you offer samples with orders?

We include two complimentary luxury samples with every order over $50 to help you discover your next favorite product.

What is the shelf life of your beauty products?

Most of our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months. Please check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We offer a wide range of dermatologically tested products. We recommend checking the full ingredient list and performing a patch test before full application.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. Changes can only be made within 30 minutes of placement by contacting our support team.
